CA State Odyssey of the Mind champions 2019!!!
The ABVM 8th grade team won the California statewide competition, making them 2019 STATE CHAMPIONS!
The ABVM 6th grade team won 3rd Place in State for 2019!
For the 1st time ever, Assumption is sending a team to the World Championships for Odyssey of the Mind! This year Opening Ceremonies will take place on Wednesday, May 22 at Michigan State University. Thursday, Friday and Saturday will be filled with competitions and other creative activities. The teams will present their solutions to the Long Term Problems. World Finals will culminate by crowning the World Champions of Creative Problem Solving during the Awards Ceremony on Saturday, May 25, 2019

These Odyssey of the Mind guys just placed 1st place for the State of California!!!!
Odyssey of the Mind is an international educational program that provides creative problem-solving opportunities for students from kindergarten through college. Team members apply their creativity to solve problems that range from building mechanical devices to presenting their own interpretation of literary classics.
The 6th grade team took 3rd place for the State of California Odyssey of the Mind competition! Congratulations!
