Refer-A-Friend Program
Thank you for helping build the ABVM School community. As a token of our appreciation, your currently enrolled and returning family will receive a one-time, nonrecurring tuition “credit” for each new student referred to and enrolled at ABVM School for the upcoming school year. This incentive applies only to referrals for the 2026-2027 school year.
To be eligible, a currently enrolled, returning, referring family must notify the admissions manager before the new family and the new family must name your family on their child’s application for admission and the enrollment packet. Information on the school’s referral program will also be available on the school’s website.

1. Eligibility
To be eligible for this Incentive (“Referral Program”), all of the following requirements must be met:

- NEW FAMILY MUST NAME THE REFERRING FAMILY ON THE NEW STUDENT’S APPLICATION WHEN FIRST SUBMITTED and prior to the end of the Referral Program (end of the 2025-26 school year). Only one Referring Family will be accepted per New Family, regardless of the number of children or students in the New Family.
- Referring Family must be:
- Currently enrolled in the Elementary or Junior High Program
- Re-enrolled for the 2026-27 school year
- If both the Referring “New” Family and New Family are applying for admission:
- The Referring “New” Family must submit an application before the New Family submits an application.
- New Family must be accepted, enrolled in, and committed to remain enrolled for the full school year.
- The Referring Family Tuition Credit will be $500 if:
- The Referring Family is currently enrolled and re-enrolled for the upcoming school year at ABVM School OR the Referring Family applies and enrolls (pays deposit and signs the enrollment agreement) during published timelines for Early Enrollment 2026-27 (before February 15th), and
- The New Family Early Enrolls (before March 15, 2026).
- Regular and Rolling Enrollment:
- The Referring Family Tuition Credit will be $200 if the conditions of Section 2:
- Are not met.
- Enrolled AFTER the Early Enrollment period (after February 15th)
- The Referring Family Tuition Credit will be applied to one student’s tuition account.
- Exclusions
- A new student who is a child of an ABVM School employee does not qualify as a referral under this program.
- Referring Family referring such a student is also ineligible to participate in the referral program.
- Application of Tuition Credit
- The Tuition Credit has no cash value. To receive any credit, the Family must enroll a student and pay tuition through the FACTS tuition management system.
- The Tuition Credit will be applied to the student’s tuition account on the first day of February on the scheduled tuition payment of the 2026-2027 school year schedule, based on actual enrollment and attendance of the New Family or at the discretion of the ABVM School Business Office and Administration.

- This Referral Program is effective at the start of the enrollment period beginning February 1, 2026, and ends at the end of the 2026-27 school year.
- Notwithstanding the foregoing, ABVM School reserves the right to discontinue or change the terms of the Referral Program at any time; any Referring Families named on a submitted application prior to the end of the Referral Program will be honored.
This policy does not apply to international students.
